Mouth
Jaws strong with a perfect, regular and complete scissor bite, i.e. upper teeth closely overlapping the lower teeth and set square to the jaws.

Front of the mouth: Between the four canines or fangs (long pointed teeth) two of which are in the lower jaw and two in the upper, there should be six incisors in each jaw.
Lower jaw: Behind the canine on each side of the lower jaw, there are four smallish pointed teeth of increasing size (premolars) then one very large tooth, and behind it two quite small teeth. (These are called molars).
Upper jaw: Behind the canine on each side, there should be three (not four as in the lower jaw) smallish teeth of increasing size, then two large teeth, and behind them one quite small tooth. (These two large teeth are not quite the same in shape but they noticeably bigger than the others.)
